PlayStations are losing a feature that many gamers used

--

THE Sony announced that very soon the users of PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 they will not be able to use a feature that has been around for several years. More specifically, in a few days from today the support of X (formerly Twitter) through the said consoles is going to stop.

Sony announced that support will end on November 13th, which means that from that day on you won’t be able to post your trophies, photos and videos to X directly from your console.

As of November 13, 2023, integration with X (formerly known as Twitter) will no longer work on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 consoles. This includes the ability to view any content published on X on PS5/PS4, as well as the ability publishing and viewing content, trophies and other gameplay-related activities on X directly from PS5/PS4 (or connecting an X account to do so).

However, there are other ways to share your content from PS4 and PS5. If you have the PlayStation app installed on your phone you will be able to upload from there for PS5 content, while if you own a PS4 through the ShareFactory app.

Well, Sony is providing a solution, but it’s certainly not as immediate as the support directly from its consoles was.
