He made an express trip to London to meet West Ham

Although a few days earlier the Reuben Amorim when asked about his future amid reports of a verbal agreement with Liverpool he stated that his cycle at Sporting Lisbon is not closed, developments do not confirm his words.

Apart from the “reds”, the Portuguese is also on West Ham’s list and according to reports on Monday (22/04) he made an express trip to London for a few hours.

There he met with West Ham people and they discussed replacing David Moges on the team’s bench.

The 39-year-old returned to Lisbon in the early hours of Tuesday (23/04), but refused to speak to reporters, saying “see you on saturday”, i.e. at the press conference ahead of the match against Porto on Sunday (28/04).
