Brighton prevailed at the “Johan Cruyff Arena” of Ajax with 2-0 and now holds the qualification in their hands from the AEK group in the Europa League.

THE Brighton recorded the first away victory in its history in Europe and indeed in a great venue, the “Johan Cruyff Arena”. The 2-0 on Ajax for him 2nd group of the Europa League puts it in a position of power in the battle of qualifying for the knockouts of the institution.

“Aiantas” had made 2/2 with John van’t Schip on his bench as a service technician, but against the English he failed to be as aggressive. Chances were recorded with the dropper meter for both teams, with the result that Ansu Fati’s goal in the 15th minute made the big difference.

In the 2nd half, the two teams entered the field more dynamically, especially the home team, but Simon Andingra’s goal in the 53rd minute essentially sealed the victory for the visitors.

Ajax began to press harder, found chances, had a goal, but failed to do anything more and thus remained at the bottom of the AEK group standings without a win and realistic hopes of qualifying for the Europa League.
