As suspects for possibly committing the offense of breach of duty in the case of the alleged… multi-ownership, the Athens Prosecutor’s Office summoned the president of the Professional Sports Committee, Nikos Tzoulakis, the member of the same committee, Ilias Arkoudis, as well as 12 other members of the EEA, who they are not included in the petition of PAE PAOK!
The “Open Trial” proceeded with this revelation, with all the members of the Commission having already given written explanations to the 18th Pre-Investigative Department of Athens and to the guilty judge Alexandra Alidromitis.
It is recalled that PAOK PAOK’s petition for the case of “multi-ownership” was filed three years ago and the Criminal Prosecutor of Athens Sappho Katsanaki filed it, with the “black and white” appealing again and the Appellate Prosecutor, Vasiliki Halva, deciding to withdraw the case file, investigating the offense arising from article 259 of the Criminal Code.
The 14 members of the EEA were examined without trial and the decision of the Athens Prosecutor’s Office on their fate is awaited…
