Multi-ownership case: “Tzoulakis – Arkoudis and 12 members of the EEA were summoned for breach of duty”

The televised “Trial in the Open” revealed that the president of the Professional Sports Committee, Nikos Tzoulakis, and the member of the same Committee, Ilias Arkoudis, were summoned as suspects for possibly committing the offense of breach of duty for the “multi-ownership” case.

The managers of PAE PAOK they again appealed to justice and the Appellate prosecutor Vasiliki Halva decided to withdraw the case file, investigating the offense arising from article 259 of the Criminal Code (breach of duty).
