PAOK prevailed 3-0 in a set against Olympiakos, who appeared in the match with many changes. The final regular season standings in the Men’s Volleyball League.

The match between PAOK and Olympiakos was from the beginning a prestige match since nothing could change in the final standings of the regular season in the Men’s Volleyball League.

Dikephalos won 3-0 sets against the red and whites who competed with all their substitutes, thus giving them time in view of the continuation.

The match: The many changes made by Giuliani resulted in Olympiacos not having a rhythm at the start of the match. This was taken advantage of by PAOK who got away early with the difference soon reaching double digits.

It is characteristic that Dikephalos even reached +15 and finally closed the first set with 25-11 to make it 1-0.

The rest of the match had a completely different picture. Olympiacos had found a rhythm and was more competitive. The red and white team stayed close to the score for the longest part of the second set, but in the end Dikefalos managed to escape and reached its victory with 25-18.

In the third set, PAOK managed to escape earlier in the score, but Olympiacos fought it and managed to reduce the score to a point (19-18). However, Milenkoski’s players found a way to close the match by taking the third set 25-18.
