It didn’t take long for Alan Pardew to show with his leadership attitude in the Aris locker room that he is the “boss”.
From the very first day, with… good morning, he set his own rules. One of them is the timetable, with the players arriving at Rysio an hour before training and the rest of the staff a little earlier.
He banned cell phones in most areas of the team’s facilities and especially during work, with specific exceptions and of course once training is over.
He also banned anyone who does not have an active role in the team’s program from the field.
Of course it won’t stop there. Maybe there are other rules in order to make both his own work and that of his players better and more productive.
These rules but also the general presence of Pardius has brought satisfaction to the people of Mars. We are now waiting for results on the pitch, starting with Sunday’s game against Olympiakos at “Kleanthis Vikelidis”.
