Time is turning backwards for the case – a thriller that shocked and still shocks the whole of Greece with the death of the three children of Roula Pispirigou from Patra.

The 33-year-old defendant for the murders of her three daughters is preparing her line of defense with Alexis Kouya who represents her and the 35-year-old regular investigator is waiting to hear from tomorrow the first doctors she has called to testify.

The information given to MEGA by the pathologist of Malena and Iris, the words of the medical examiner Grigoris Leon about the landscape that has been formed, together with the images from the house where the accused grew up and was sold by her mother a few months ago, are the pillars of developments in the highly acclaimed case that seems to be flaring up again.

The pathologist who wrote and sent his report to medical examiners Karakoukis and Kalogrias is expected to testify first. As he says, in the organs of Malena and Iris he examined, he found a strong hypoxia.

“My findings are non-specific. I found severe hypoxia in both children. Hypoxia is a broader concept, which also includes suffocation. We had quite a bit of evidence of hypoxia from various organs. I wrote my conclusions, I gave them to the medical examiners to process them and draw the conclusion”.

Immediately after the pathologist, Mr. Karakoukis and Mr. Kalogrias will testify whose conclusion led to new charges against the 33-year-old.

The statements of Angeliki Tsiolas and Christina Tsakona, who drafted the initial findings, and of course what the 33-year-old accused will say, who this time will be guided by Alexis Kouya, are expected with particular interest.

Daskalakis is waiting

Manos Daskalakis, who continues to keep silent, and the close relatives of the former couple in Athens and Patras are waiting for the developments.

In the house where the accused grew up, the new owner puts the Live News camera inside, gives a tour and shows what he built in the summer and explains why after a few months he wants to leave it.

“I want to go. I am selling the house or renting it. Whichever comes first. You see that I have made it beautiful, luxurious” says the new owner of the house in Bizaniou.

As he says, the pressure he feels from people’s reactions and questions on the street made him quickly realize that the investment he made was not right.

“I do not feel well. My decision is final, I cannot live in this house.”

The new owner says he paid €33,000 to buy it and invested another €35,000 to renovate it. In one of the rooms he found a diary of the accused and in another dolls, which were probably once played by the dead girls.

“This room is probably, from what I see, girls’.”

The investigative process begins and everything shows that within the next few days, the much-lauded issue will once again be high on the news.
