At another stage of the investigation, she allegedly testified that once Eleni Topaloudi had told her that at some point, while she was having fun in the Medieval City, she had met some people who took her to her house, they had consumed alcohol and she believed that they had videotaped her, while they had met sexually without talking about rape. The statements of two more of her friends are similar.
According to dimokratiki.gr, the accused, accompanied by their lawyer, categorically denied what was attributed to them, with the case finally being filed.
