Thessaloniki: 40-year-old woman accused her partner of forcing her to marry and abusing her – Newsbomb – News

Thessaloniki: She complained that for the last three years the 42-year-old repeatedly physically assaulted her, as well as that he has been forcing her since the beginning of their relationship, to have sex with men, for money.

A 42-year-old man was arrested, against whom a case file was filed for the offenses of human trafficking, violation of court decisions and notarized agreements, violation of the Law on Addictive Substances and violation of the Law on Domestic Violence.

A complaint was filed by a 40-year-old woman, who was initially transferred by police officers of the Department of Prevention and Suppression of Crime to the Security Department of Ampelokipi – Menemeni, where she reported offenses related to sexual exploitation.

For the case, an investigation was carried out by the aforementioned Service of the Sub-Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Trafficking in Human Beings, during which, in the presence of a psychologist from the Central Clinics of Thessaloniki, the 40-year-old woman stated that for the last three years she has been in a relationship and cohabiting with the 42-year-old man, who practices repeated physical violence against her, as well as that he himself forces her from the beginning of their relationship, to have sex with men, for a monetary fee.

It is noted that, based on a Decision of the 1st Three-member Criminal Court of Thessaloniki, restrictive conditions were imposed on the perpetrator, according to which he is not allowed to live in the victim’s house and to approach her, at a distance of less than five meters.

After immediate searches, the 42-year-old was located by police officers of the Crime Prevention and Suppression Teams (OPKE) at KTEL Macedonia and arrested, while in addition an improvised nylon package containing a small amount of heroin was found and confiscated in his possession.

The arrested person, with the case filed against him, will be taken to the competent Prosecutor.
