A policeman’s testimony provides interesting details about the episode between Konstantinos Floros and Vassilis Grammenos.

According to the policeman’s testimony, Mr. Floros said: “You’re cursing mothers, pull yourself together.”

“Mr Grammenos was on the floor shouting ‘oh my nose’,” added the police officer according to Mega.

In detail, the police officer said:

“Coming out of the Parliament hall, the MP Vassilis Grammenos said to me, “pick up the independent of the Spartans so that we don’t have any more”. I asked him which independent MP he meant and before he could tell me, Mr. Floros came out of the parliament and then they started arguing. Specifically, the following was said:

Floros: What is your problem with me? Tell me

Written: Do us a favor and get out of here

Floros: You’re cursing motherfuckers, pull yourself together

Written: I’ll do what I like, leave me alone”

The 50 meter distance

Mega then identified a problem with the ruling that Mr. Floros should not approach Mr. Grammenos within 50 meters. This was the condition of his release.

According to the…measurement taken by the Mega show, the…shells don’t come out.

The lawyer of V. Grammenos

It is recalled that the Hellenic Solution Member of Parliament, Vassilis Grammenos, accompanied by the lawyer, Theodoros Mandas, made a statement in support of the charge this morning before the investigator handling the case of the independent MP, Konstantinos Floros.

“It is the first time in the 50 years of the post-colonial period that a criminal prosecution has been brought against a sitting Member of Parliament for violating Article 157 of the Criminal Code. The prosecution is at the level of a felony and the crime of violence within the parliament is being investigated, and in fact at a time when it is exercising its duties”, noted Theodoros Mantas, while the Hellenic Solution MP Vassilis Grammenos underlined his trust in justice.

Yesterday, the investigator handling the case of the altercation between the two MPs imposed on Mr. Floros the condition of not coming closer than 50 meters to his colleague.

“I myself consider the incident in question unfortunate in any case and if I could go back in time I would have acted calmly. However, as I emphasized in my spontaneous apology, this is essentially a personal conflict, following the extremely abusive behavior of my colleague Mr. Grammenos against my mother and me, without the slightest political background or expediency and of course without any in case I intend to prevent him from exercising his parliamentary duties” said Mr. Floros in his apologetic memorandum.
