On Wednesday, April 24, 2024 takes place the fifth – of the consecutive – payments in the amount of 4,174,489.98 euros, regarding the return of unduly paid contributions, branches of auxiliary insurance and welfare, for the years 2019 and 2020 to thousands of professionals.
Who will see money
Specifically, it concerns lawyers with a salaried mandate from the private sector and the N.P.I.D. and salaried engineers and health workers in the private and public sector with an employment relationship under private law (I.D.A.X. & I.D.O.X.), debtors or not of the e-E.F.K.A., who submitted an application, through the corresponding electronic service, until 21/04/2024.
To his debtors e-E.F.K.A. the amount resulting after the netting of their total debt (regulated or not), with the originally calculated amount to be refunded of the unduly paid contributions (Article 104 par. 1 of Law 4387/2016 – Official Gazette 85 A’, as applicable & Article 1 of it with a. p. D.15/D’/90598/11.11.2021 Y.A. – Official Gazette 5404 B’).
In this fifth installment, the max refundable amountwhich will be credited to the bank accounts of 2,368 beneficiaries, amounts to 11,186.86 euros.
The competent services of e-E.F.K.A. they continue it processing of the applications of the other beneficiaries, as well as those submitted from 22/04/2024 and later, in order for the respective amounts to be awarded to them, with the same procedurein next payment.
