Return of contributions amounting to 4.1 million euros to thousands of professionals

Her Wednesday, April 24, 2024 the fifth – of the consecutive – payments of 4,174,489.98 euros is made, which concerns the return of unduly paid contributions, branches of auxiliary insurance and welfare, for the years 2019 and 2020 to 2,368 professionals.

Specifically, it concerns lawyers with a salaried mandate in the private sector and N.P.I.D. and salaried engineers and health workers in the private and public sector with an employment relationship under private law (I.D.A.X. & I.D.O.X.), debtors or not of e-E.F.K.A.who submitted an application, through the corresponding electronic service, until 21/04/2024.

To the debtors of e-E.F.K.A. is awarded the amount that results after offsetting their total debt (regulated or not), with the originally calculated amount to be refunded of the unduly paid contributions (article 104 par. 1 of Law 4387/2016 – Official Gazette 85 A’, as applicable & article 1 of a. p. D.15/D’/90598/11.11.2021 – Gazette 5404 B’.

In this fifth payment, the maximum refunded amount, which will be credited to the bank accounts of 2,368 beneficiaries, amounts to 11,186.86 euros.

The competent services of e-E.F.K.A. continue processing the applications of the other beneficiaries, as well as those submitted from 22/04/2024 and later, in order for the corresponding amounts to be awarded to them, with the same procedure, in a subsequent payment.
