The funeral of the actor Alexandros Koboyorgas, who passed away at the age of 48, will be political and will take place on Friday.

According to a post made on the profile of Alexandros Koboyorgas, the funeral will take place in the Nea Smyrni cemetery. Cremation will follow in Ritsona.

Characteristically, the post states that “on Friday, November 3 at 11 a.m., we say goodbye to our beloved Alexander with a civil funeral at the Nea Smyrni cemetery. Coffee will be offered in the cemetery cafe. Afterwards, his wish for cremation in Ritsona will be fulfilled.” The post notes that “please, instead of flowers and wreaths, the money be given to the SEH fund”.

It is recalled that Alexandros Koboyorgas was battling cancer. The news of his death became known through the publication of the actress, Kalliopis Evaggelidou, while Spyros Bibilas revealed that he was giving the last six months battle with serious illness. Alexandros Koboyorgas became more widely known through the role of the brother of Marilita Lampropoulos in the popular Mega series, Lover of Western Suburbs.
