The gatherings in Neo Heraklion have been completed

Determined not to allow the gathering of far-right organizations at the place where 2 members of the Golden Dawn were murdered 10 years ago, as well as the anti-fascist front’s counter-demonstration that has been announced for this afternoon centered on the Neos Heraklion station, were the forces of EL. The police set as their first objective that there should be no physical contact between far-right demonstrators and demonstrators from the anti-fascist front. Venizelos, dozens of Italian far-right activists were arrested who arrived in Athens from Rome to participate in the gathering of their Greek like-minded people in Neo Heraklion, where the two Golden Dawn members were murdered ten years ago. All Italians arrested are deported for reasons of national security.
