He mentioned how he and the creative team will approach the sequel to “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” with a new story.

The star ofSpider-man» Tom Holland (Tom Holland), was at the third annual Sands International Film Festival, which opened with a screening of Last Call, the short project in which he stars alongside Lindsay Duncan and is co-written and directed by his brother, Harry.

“The basic answer is that I will always want to do ‘Spider-Man’ movies,” the star told Deadline. “I owe my life and my career to ‘Spider-Man.’ So the answer is yes, I will always want to do more.”

He added how he and the creative team will approach the sequel to “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” with a new story.

“We have the best at work and they are working for the best story. But until we do, we have to protect our heritage. The third movie was so special in so many ways that we have to make sure we get it right,” Holland said and added.

“It is the first time that I have participated so early in the creative process. It’s a process I’m watching and learning. It’s a very fun stage for me. Like I said, everybody wants it to happen. But we want to make sure we don’t repeat the same things.”

Co-starring Zendaya, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, “Spider-Man: No Way Home” opened in December 2021 with a record $260 million opening weekend, marking the second biggest opening ever at the US box office.

It then became the first post-pandemic film to cross $1 billion at the global box office.
