“I always say I can’t wait for Deadpool 3 to come out because all I want to do is do interviews with Ryan talking about our adoration for Logan. Logan is canon and we love it. Everything that happened there actually happened. I want the people, the producers and the director to know that we share the same deep love and respect for Logan and how it was filmed and all the events that take place there.” Levy said characteristically.
This statement from Levy comes in addition to the MCU mastermind’s statement, Kevin Feige in the official timeline book of the cinematic universe. There he basically teased what will follow in the Multiverse Saga with different universes colliding or meeting each other. This was a confirmation that even Fox’s old Marvel movies like the X-Men and Wolverine movies will now be considered a part of the wider MCU Multiverse.
Besides being a great movie and a testament to what the superhero genre can deliver, Levy and Reynolds love the movie.
Recently due to the ongoing actors’ strike, it became known from a report by Deadline that Deadpool 3 will be delayed rather indefinitely as it definitely does not meet the date of May 4, 2024 that it had set.

Deadpool 3 is the first film to come from Marvel Studios and Kevin Feige, following Disney’s acquisition of Fox. It will also be the MCU and Marvel Studios’ first truly R-rated film.
