She was discharged from the Venizelio Hospital after approximately 1.5 months of hospitalization, 40-year-old woman who suffered allergic shock after childbirth. The Deputy Director of Venizelei, Eleftheria Kostakis reported to neakriti.gr that the woman was transferred last Thursday to a rehabilitation center, as she is facing various health problems, among them mobility problems.
It is noted that the baby that the woman gave birth to is healthy, however, the allergic shock that she suffered after the birth makes it necessary for her to be cared for by specialist doctors in a rehabilitation center.
It is recalled that the 40-year-old woman was transferred on July 11 to Venizelio Hospital to give birth. A few hours later, she suffered an allergic shock and was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit.
A few days later, on July 27, the woman was released from the intensive care unit and transferred to the pathology unit, but she had not fully recovered.
“The woman was released from the intensive care unit and transferred to the pathology clinic, but we cannot know her level of consciousness, as she has not fully recovered,” the deputy administrator of Venizelei, Eleftheria Kostakis, had said, speaking to neakriti.gr.
