From Monday 15 to Friday 26 April 2024 and in the context of the Military Cooperation between Greece and the USA, it took place under the coordination of Special Warfare Command (DEP) of GEETHA the bilateral exercise called “STOLEN CERBERUS XI”.

On the Greek side, staff and members of the faculty participated in the exercise GEETHA and of the Navy’s Undersea Disaster Management (DDYK), personnel of the Parachute School (SHAL) of the GES, as well as transport aircraft of the Air Force, while on the American side personnel of 37th Airlift Squadron with three C-130J aircraft.

The exercise took place in the wider area of ​​Attica and during its duration air cooperation, dropping supplies on land and sea, evacuating the injured (Medical Evacuation – MEDEVAC), as well as free fall and static belt jumps were performed, which contributed to increasing the level combat capability and interoperability between the participating Greek and American Armed Forces.
