Under the coordination of the Special Warfare Command (DEP) of the Greek Armed Forces, and in the context of the Military Cooperation between Greece and the USA, the bilateral exercise called “STOLEN CERBERUS XI” took place from Monday 15 to Friday 26 April 2024.
On the Greek side, the exercise was attended by staff from the Faculty of the GHET and the Underwater Disaster Management (DDM) of the Navy, staff from the Parachute School (SCHAL) of the GES.
Furthermore, Air Force transport aircraft were involvedwhile from the American side he participated personnel of the 37th Airlift Squadron with three C-130J aircraft.
The “STOLEN CERBERUS XI” exercise took place in the wider area of Attica.
During the exercise, objects of air cooperation, dropping supplies on land and sea, evacuating the wounded (Medical Evacuation – MEDEVAC) were carried out.
They took place free fall and static belt jumps, which contributed to increasing the level of combat capability and interoperability between the participating Greek and American Armed Forces.
