MoU with Lamda Development for the creation of a model state-of-the-art Healthcare Park in Elliniko

The Medical Group of Athens as the head of the Greek consortium (Medical Group of Athens 70%, Biomedical 30%) for Elliniko proceeded to sign a Memorandum of strategic cooperation with Lamda Development’s subsidiary, ELLINIKO M.A.E., for the creation of a state-of-the-art and pioneering Healthcare Park within the Hellinikon development.

The goal of the state-of-the-art Healthcare Park, which will be of international standards, is to offer a wide range of top quality and innovative health and wellness services to Greek and foreign residents and visitors of Hellinikon.

The Healthcare Park will be built in a privileged and easily accessible location next to The Ellinikon Mall and will cover a prime area of ​​approximately 6,000 sq.m.

The parties have signed an exclusivity clause and the signing of the final agreement is expected to take place in the 3rd quarter of 2024, while the Healthcare Park is expected to be operational within 2027.

With the signing of the final agreement, all the individual details of the implementation of the project will be announced.
