“In an impartial, decent, dispassionate and cool way, anyway they are committing a serious disciplinary offense” he says on the occasion of the recent episode in the Court of Volos where there were lawsuits by the advocate Zoi Konstantopoulou in the seat.

As noted by president of the Supreme Court “the lawyer, who, before a criminal court, in defense of its principal, is diverted of above, that is, he behaves inappropriately towards the judges functionaries, submitting unfounded, inconsistent and unattractive applications and with loud, disparaging, insulting and abusive characterizations at the expense of the personality and the of their legal standing, as a demonstration of power, attempts to impose, in a totally anti-procedural manner, in his opinion, he is harming the process of dispensing justice, which he allegedly defends, but, however, in reality disturbs and hinders”.
