Drugs and a weapon were found by EL.AS. on Thursday in a cafe in Exarchia.
They were identified during targeted checks, after investigating and evaluating relevant information about the specific cafeteria of Exarchia. In more detail, 630 grams of raw cannabis, 50 grams of processed cannabis (chocolate), 27.4 grams of cocaine, 5 grams of crystal methamphetamine, 5 grams of heroin and a pistol with 4 cartridges were located and seized.
Police officers from the State Security Sub-Directorate, the Narcotics Prosecution Sub-Directorate, the Financial Police Directorate, OPKE and DRASI, as well as the Order Restoration Sub-Directorate participated in the operation. In its announcement, EL.AS stated that a 21-year-old employee was arrested in the context of the carjacking, for violating drug and weapons laws.
