The Technical Chamber of Greece is traveling this week to the Peloponnese on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of its establishment.

In Pyrgos and Patras the TEE Roadshow to bring the campaign celebrating the 100 years of TEE close to society With a central message “100 years of TEE: we have been planning the Greece of tomorrow for a hundred years. And we continue”, the TEE Roadshow is traveling this week to cities in the Peloponnese and the Region of Western Greece to bring the celebration of the 100 years of the Technical Chamber of Greece closer to society. The TEE Roadshow is a well-organized mobile platform for conducting festive activities that will visit more than 45 cities throughout Greece.

He travels for about three months around the country, where through interactive experiences, competitions and other surprises, the public will have the opportunity to get to know the rich history of the TEE but also the important work it offers to the place, bringing the TEE, its Regional Departments and the Prefectural Committees closer to the wider public but also to its members throughout Greece, with a diverse information activity. The “journey” of the TEE Roadshow in the Peloponnese is already developing this week and will be in Corinth (Panagi Tsaldari Square), on Saturday, April 27. The “journey” of the mobile platform continues in cities of Western Greece, on Sunday, April 28 in Pyrgos (Scraper Theme Park) and on Holy Monday, April 29 in Patras (King George I Square), in all cities from 10:00 a.m. to 15:00.

TEE President Giorgos Stasinos will be at the TEE Roadshow in Patras on Holy Monday, April 29 at 11:00 am, for contact with engineers and citizens and statements to the local media. The campaign for the 100 years of TEE “travels” throughout the country, with dozens of local actions and events, workshops and conferences, which will develop until the autumn and will be completed at the end of October. The aim is to spread throughout Greece the message about the role and work of Greek Engineers and their professional organization, TEE, in the recovery and development of the country, in the last century and for the transition to green and digital transformation, with an emphasis on resilience, today and in the new era. The campaign is carried out with the participation of the Regional Departments of the TEE and the Prefectural Committees, under the coordination of the Press and Communication Office of the TEE and the participation in the events and actions of the local government and the State in general.

As the TEE President George Stasinos stated and often mentions, the TEE, the largest scientific body of our country, both in terms of number of members and for reasons of substantial contribution and historically, has always had one goal: the Greece of tomorrow. With 13 basic engineering specialties, with 17 regional departments, with more than 130 thousand members qualified engineers, with operations, projects and new services, it continues today for the digital and green transformation, the welfare of society and the sustainable development of the country.
