Register of vulnerable citizens for their removal in case of danger from the Municipality of Lamia

In case of forest fires…

In the context of planning the preventive organized evacuation of citizens due to forest fires, the Municipality should ensure the timely notification and removal from danger of vulnerable groups of citizens, when it is documented that they are threatened by the disaster.

In order for the persons who wish to be registered in a single Register, in the event of the application of the measure of removal, those who belong to vulnerable groups (disabled, etc.) or their personal assistants or their immediate relatives are requested to declare their contact details.

This register should include, as a minimum, the contact details, the address of residence and the category of disability (deafness, blindness, etc.), the contact details of the personal assistants or their immediate relatives as well as the means of transport used will be required in case of their movement (e.g. movement by passenger car, ambulance, etc.).

In order to maintain the above register, the interested persons should provide their consent in writing regarding the provided information which, for reasons of protection of their personal data, should not be published under any circumstances.
