A multi-storey car park that everyone thought would be filled with cars is constantly empty.

Only a few are not cases in which projects which were accompanied by Great Expectations they never succeeded in justifying them, as a result of which they became haunted just a few days after their grand opening.

Its construction cost amounted to 7.3 million euros, with the initiators of the project estimating that it will be covered over time by the hundreds of cars that will be stacked daily on the 5 floors. They fell, however, far outside.

Councilor Stefan Christoph explains to the regional online newspaper Regensburg-digital that there is average park occupancy 10% since the garage opened. The parking lot is simply growing and is being kept alive by some long-term parking contracts.
