Corfu: Meeting of members of the Anemomulus Association with Deputy Mayors on everyday issues.

The Cultural and Environmental Association of Corfu Windmill met on April 23 and 24, 2024 with the Deputy Mayors of Cleanliness Spyros Nerantzis, Technical Services Andreas Kardonas, Daily Life Panagiotis Theotokis as well as with the Director of Technical Services Spyros Koronakis, to discuss key issues that concern and concern daily the residents of the suburb and not only.

During the meeting, the following topics were discussed:

The regulation of Alsous as well as the implementation and maintenance of Alsous, the improvement of traffic and parking of cars, buses and skates.

Everyday issues such as lighting, road maintenance, cleanliness and waste collection as well as issues concerning the beach area and the Mont Repo area.

Representing the Association, the president Pantelis Kontos, the vice-president Vassilis Pandis, the General Secretary Vania Stoyannou and the member Anna Agathou participated in the meeting.

The discussion was held in a very good atmosphere of cooperation with the sole aim of improving the everyday life of the citizens and also the participation of everyone for the promotion of the suburb and the improvement of the lives of the citizens.

Also, in a telephone conversation with the Deputy Regional Governor for Technical Works of the Ionian Islands Region, Mr. Mamalo, the assurance was given that the image of the construction site of the beach front will be improved for the Easter days.
