Superfund is looking for real estate companies, technical, legal and financial advisors, and real estate appraisers, with a tender announcement of 14 million euros.
It concerns the “business” of mapping, evaluating and maturing 36,000 properties that are in the “hands” of ETAD, which on a second level the Superfund wants to exploit.
Runners-up can be up to nine corporate formations, including joint ventures. In this case, there should be a company in charge, a minimum of 1,000 ETAD properties are undertaken, each time for evaluation, based on criteria such as commerciality, exploitation goal, maturity time, and the project should be delayed in 3 or 4 months at the latest.

The start of the submission of offers is set for June 3, and concerns schemes with an annual turnover of at least 1 million euros for the financial years 2020, 2021, 2022.
The contracts will be for two years, with the possibility of a one-year extension by EESYP.
