The 3rd EPAL Evening at the JOIST Innovation Park

An unforgettable educational visit was held by the 3rd Larissa EPAL Evening at the JOIST Innovation Park, which is a space where creativity meets technology and with a multitude of activities and exhibitions, provides an interesting perspective for young people to explore the possibilities offered by technology and innovation .

During the visit, Students and Teachers were informed about the activities of the Park, exploring the world of technology, creativity and entrepreneurship. They completed their extraordinary experience of technology and innovation with their visit to the Technology Exhibition on ‘From the Wheel to Artificial Intelligence: A Brief History of Innovation – PART III – Rococo, 1st & 2nd Industrial Revolution’, where they had the opportunity to explore the evolution of technology through machines, applications, discoveries and techniques, following the continuous course of human creativity.

Then, they visited the virtual reality (VR) room and with the use of special glasses they were “transported” to impressive worlds and experienced unique experiences, enhancing their imagination and enriching their knowledge. The technology journey concluded in the design lab, where they created their own projects and through an experimental environment, expressed their ideas, enhancing their confidence and technology skills.

This educational visit highlights the importance of immersing yourself in the world of technology and innovation through hands-on experiences and activities, and participants left with new knowledge, inspired to further explore the exciting world of technology.
