In a bloody episode, the fight between two students aged 11 and 12 from the primary school of Lamia who had gone on an excursion to the park of Agia Varvara, on Wednesday (24.04.2024) in the morning, ended.
According to lamiareport.gr, shortly after 12:30 in the afternoon and on the occasion of finding a turtle, the two children got into a fight and finally the 12-year-old ended up with a broken tooth and abrasions in the Emergency Department of the Lamia Hospital, from where he was informed about the incident and the Police.
The father of the injured child filed a summons against everyone responsible, while the case is now also being investigated by the Primary Education Department of Fthiotida, as the Director of Makis Goumas as soon as he was informed about the incident started the prescribed procedure and will probably proceed to EDE since there is also an injury to a student .

We were informed with a long delay by the teachers, who did not even know what exactly happened. My kid has a broken tooth from being punched in the face and from what he told me he was on the ground and the other kid was kicking him in the head. It has scars and the coroner saw it too. Where were the teachers when all this was happening? The child came home covered in blood and terrified. The doctors told us to monitor it for 48 hours for any complications. How am I going to send the child back to this school after all this?’
According to the report, the side of the 11-year-old student who hit the 12-year-old claims that the 12-year-old grabbed him by the neck and in response hit him to defend himself.
EL.AS is also investigating the matter. which has filed a case file with the statements of all those involved, while a forensic examination of the 12-year-old student who was injured was also ordered.
