Misdemeanor suspended sentence at the Prosecutor’s Office without serving a single day

A penalty appropriate to a misdemeanor (imprisonment) and suspended without serving even one day was imposed on the accused former Prosecutor who was represented by N. Agapinos and in fact by a majority as a member of the court ruled how he should be declared completely innocent a decision that will be taken after certainty by the Five-Member Court of Appeal, to which the former Principal Prosecutor has already appealed, solely for the defense of her honor, as the primary sentence imposed on her is not suspended but suspended.

Among other things, the lack of any financial benefit was demonstratedon the contrary, the total lack of financial resources of our principal resulted.

Jurisprudentially interesting will be the decision that turned the multitude of criminal charges into one consecutive for the offense of abuse of power, while it is noteworthy that two mitigating factors were recognized for the accused (all that were requested) and the decision was suspended until the second degree.
