In view of the celebration of Easter, the staff of the General Regional Police Directorate (GEPAD) of Thessaly and the Police Directorate of Larissa, with the valuable help of friends of the Hellenic Police Corps, voluntarily collected food.
Today, Thursday, April 25, 2024, the General Regional Police Director of Thessaly, Major General Thomas Karanasios, accompanied by the Director of the Larissa Police Department, Police Director Agapios Harakopoulos, as well as a delegation of police officers, met with the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Larissa and Tyrnavos, Mr. Ieronymos and offered the collected items, for the strengthening of the “O Epiousios” charity of the Holy Metropolis of Larissa and Tyrnavos.
The Metropolitan expressed his warm thanks, pointing out the importance of these actions, which practically highlight the solidarity of the police.
Similar actions will be carried out in the future.
