The Development Organization of Crete S.A. informs that, due to an upgrade of the relevant program, the bills concerning water consumption for the second half of 2023 were issued with a slight delay.
With regard to their payment, it is known that the “consistency discount” will apply to customers who make full payment on time.
On the contrary, those subscribers who do not take care of the settlement of their debt on time, are notified that the legal surcharges provided for in these cases will be calculated in the final amount.
After the relevant deadlines have passed, those subscribers who have not proceeded to pay or settle their debt, then O.A.K. he will be forced to proceed with the prescribed procedures.
