Alexia Bakoyannis filed a lawsuit against the journalist, Stefanos Chios, accusing him of insulting her in Kolonaki, as a result of which the former is wanted in the context of the autoforos.

In particular, according to the EL.AS incident report, the incident took place at noon Wednesday 24/4 in Kolonaki at the junction of Bucharest and Panepistio streets.

According to the incident report, at four to five Mrs. Bakoyannis came to the Directorate of State Security and filed a lawsuit for violation of articles 333, 361 and 42,308 of the Civil Code. “Threat”, “Insult” and “Attempt simple bodily harm”.

In particular, Stefanos Chios allegedly approached the table outside a shop at the junction of Voukourestiou and Panepistio streets, where Ms. Bakoyannis was.

After he introduced himself to her, he started verbally abusing her and then threatened to hit her with a bottle, the lawsuit alleges. The perpetrator was removed from the scene by the Policeman accompanying Alexia Bakoyannis.

During the departure, Stefanos continued to abuse and threaten both her and her mother, Dora Bakoyannis and the rest of her family.
