Fellow students K. Gargala: “Mafia behavior by the Beu administration”

In a text of protest and solidarity, 53 fellow students of Kostas Gargalas emphasize that “this attack was not a lightning bolt, since Beos himself had warned the colleague, at another time, that he should be slapped, because he obviously did not like his views” . Through social media, support has also been expressed by others who have so far exceeded 100, according to a statement.

As stated in a text of solidarity and denunciation of the attack on Kostas Gargalas by 53 of his fellow students (from his student years in Xanthi), an unprecedented episode of mafia behavior developed at DEYAMB. The municipal councilor of the Beu administration, Vassilis Zaheilas, wearing a hood, entered the place where the DEYAMB Board of Directors would meet, first cursed and then punched the fellow student, a competitor from our student years in Xanthi, a fellow engineer and municipal councilor with the People’s Rally , Kostas Gargala. He then tried to escape. But the bystanders arrested him, removed his hood, and it was established who was behind this cowardly and thuggish attack.

This behavior of the said “factor” of the municipal authority is not at all strange. It is exactly the ethos and style of a mechanism that managed to float once again in the municipal elections and with the audacity that characterizes it to use underworld methods against its political opponents.
The fact that Beos is trying to separate his position does not absolve him in any way, since the natural perpetrator of the attack is one of his most loyal people.
