Seven months later, the flood victims state that they have only received promises from the state, while the already numerous problems faced by the ENFIA’s “rascals” have been added, as well as the running bills.

Litsa Gounari, from the Committee of Flood Victims of Agios Thomas and Philippoupolis, explained that the residents must see where they are and define the next steps in their struggle until the moment of their vindication. “We have big problems eight months after the disasters. Our fellow citizens have not yet received the compensation, while new ones are constantly being added.”

From the Committee of Injured-Flood Victims of the district of Nea Smyrna, Agis Trigazi, he made it clear that their struggle must be escalated, also referring to the ENFIA “rabasaki”.
