The environmental conditions were approved for the construction & operation of: “30 MW Photovoltaic Electricity Generation Station at the ‘TROHALO’ location of T.K. Wine of D.E. Kozanis. The project operator is the company: “DISPATCH RENEWABLE ENERGY ENERGY STOCK COMPANY” with d.t. “DIREEN SA”.
The project concerns the construction and operation of a 30MW Photovoltaic Station, in the “Trochalo” location, in the Municipality of Kozani. The area of interest of the project consists of two sections, in the location “Trochalo” (Section A_ area 220,991.50 m2 and Section B_ area 315,666.50 m2 ) which belong administratively to the boundaries of the Local Community of Oinoi.
Due to conflicting opinions (negative opinion of the Regional Council of Western Macedonia) and lack of opinion (Regional Committee for Spatial Planning & Environment (PEHOP) PE Kozani/Region of Western Macedonia) the content of which is considered essential for the more complete definition of the environmental conditions for construction and operation of the work on the subject, the opinion of the Environmental Licensing Council (PESPA) of the territorial jurisdiction of Western Macedonia was requested, after a recommendation from the competent environmental authority, which gave a positive opinion.
