The process of setting up the Thematic Committees of the P.E.D. of Central Greece for the period 2024-2028.

In the current phase, the thematic objects of the Committees, as well as their Presidencies, were defined. In the following days, the Members of the Committees will be appointed, following proposals from the Municipalities of Sterea.

“The Thematic Committees are one of our most important tools for highlighting issues concerning self-government and Central Greece. In previous years, through the serious work done in these Committees, we managed to concretize our requests and proposals and create a dynamic tool for claims. We are the only P.E.D., which has a complete and documented proposal for the next day of self-government and we have received praise from KEDE and from fellow self-governments from all over the country many times. I am sure that our new Thematic Committees will continue the excellent work that has been done and help to update and enrich our proposal, so that it continues to be relevant and targeted. I want to wish all colleagues good success in their work and pledge that both I and the staff of P.E.D. we will be by their side for any support, for any cooperation“, says the President of PED Nikos Souliotis.
