Block of the Supreme Court to the “Spartans” for the European elections

Block on descent of the “Spartans” party in the upcoming 2024 European elections imposed by the A1 Civil Division of the Supreme Court, according to latest information.

According to the decision of the supreme judges they will not participate in the upcoming European elections of June 9pivotal political development that comes after what took place today in Parliament.

The Areopagitesspecifically, they decided that the “Spartans” do not meet them conditions to participate in the European electionswhile a decisive role was played by the order of the Supreme Court of Justice to prosecute the 11 members of the party for voter fraud.

At its core rationale for the decisionas the same information states, the fact that the real leader of the party is not the Vasilios Stigas, but Ilias Kasidiaris. By the evening, the reasoning of the supreme court will be known.

Also, as clarified, from the upcoming ones European elections, 14 more parties and formations were cutwho failed to pay their fee 20,000 euros.

Finally, 31 parties and coalitions of parties out of the 46 that had initially declared participation in the Supreme Court’s Prosecutor’s Office, received the “green light” from the A1 Political Department of the Supreme Court to participate in the European elections.
