We invite you to 25 April 2024 on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. as you arrive at the OEBEA building at 113 Kalamata Street in urgent meeting of the Municipal Council which will be held in accordance with the provisions of no. 67 par. 5 of Law 3852/2010 as they apply for decision-making in the following matters:
- Approval of the amendment of the statute and the participation of the Municipality in the share capital increase of the Renewable Energy Community under the name “TRIPOLITCA 1821 COMMUNITY OF RENEWABLE ENERGY LIMITED LIABILITY” and distinctive title: “TRIPOLITCA 1821 K.A.E.”
2.“Direct Lease of municipal real estate to “TRIPOLITCA 1821 COMMUNITY OF RENEWABLE ENERGY LIMITED LIABILITY”” for the installation of a photovoltaic park, virtual energy offset” (Pursuant to the provisions of art. 196, of Law 4555/2018 “Kleisthenis I”)

the immediate submission of a proposal to the SDAM.
