An employee sued the rapper for harassment after she had sex with a woman in front of him

Her former cameraman Megan Thee Stallion sued the rapper for creating a hostile work environment, claiming she forced him to watch while she had sex.

Emilio Garcia testified treatment in Los Angeles on Tuesday, April 22 and was acquired by Page Six. In it, he claimed that the 29-year-old rapper had sexual relations with an unknown woman while in an SUV during her tour in Ibiza in June 2022.

The personal camera man, who has been working with the rapper since 2018, reportedly witnessed the incident as he claims to have been in the car at the time.

Never discuss what you saw”Megan Thee Stallion allegedly told Garcia the next day, according to the lawsuit.

The cameraman told NBC News about the alleged incident: “I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen and shocked at her audacity to do that right next to me.”

Garcia also alleges in the complaint that Megan insulted him during the same trip to Spain with comments such as “fat bitch“, “spit out your food” and “you don’t need to eat.”

Hearing someone who claims you should love your body say these things to me felt belittled,” she told NBC News about the comments the rapper, whose real name is Megan Pitt, allegedly made.

Garcia claims that Megan after the trip changed his pay from a $4,000 monthly fee to a system “pay per job”resulting in winning “significantly less.” It is also alleged to “he noticed a change in the way he was treated and saw a decrease in the number of assignments he was getting,” according to the lawsuit.

Garcia claims he suffered damages as a result of what he allegedly suffered, including substantial loss of earnings totaling over six figures in wages, benefits, injuries, illnesses, emotional distress, medical expenses and more.

“[Υπέμεινε] a barrage of relentless sexual and weight comments that plunged him into deep emotional distress,” according to the complaint, further claiming that the cameraman is now struggling with “increasing stress, depression and physical discomfort resulting from the toxic work environment.”

Entertainment and record company Roc Nation fired Garcia in June 2023, and according to his lawyers, he believes it was “immediately retaliating against his complaints about continued illegal behavior and failure to pay him properly.”

Megan just needs to pay our client what he is owed, own up to her behavior and stop this kind of sexual harassment and racist behavior at someone’s expense.”attorney Ron Zambrano says in a statement to Page Six.

“Emilio should never have been in the position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman“, he added.

The attorney, who also represents Lizzo’s harassment accusers, concludes: “The phrase “inappropriate behavior” is an understatement. Exposing this behavior to employees is certainly illegal.”

In addition to Megan Thee Stallion, Garcia is also suing Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring, LLC and Roc Nation for harassment and other alleged labor code violations.
