Tasos Sidiropoulos: “ANKO will aim to strengthen development policies, especially in critical issues”

--

On the occasion of the assumption of duties by the new General Manager of ANKO, Mr. Anastasios Sidiropoulos, a press conference was held in the company’s meeting room on Wednesday morning.

With over 35 years of experience behind him, the economist Tassos Sidiropoulos emphasized that it is a special honor for him to take on his new duties.

“ANKO, after 40 years of operation with a significant offer and contribution to the development activities of Western Macedonia, will aim to strengthen development policies with a role and reason, especially in critical issues.

Our project is divided into 2 main pillars: The first concerns the support of local government organizations and other entities and the second supports entrepreneurship. ANKO should also strengthen its growth ratio much more during this period of transition.

The structure of the company over the years has supported the local government organizations in the role in which the company was established. We need to come forward with initiatives even more. This period is difficult but I believe we will respond”.

Mr. Sidiropoulos was a researcher for the company, specializing in feasibility and sustainability studies of projects in our region, while along the way he has gone through various steps.
