Flogging in the Parliament: An independent MP of the Spartans attacked an MP of El. Solution

A very serious episode took place in the Parliament, with the independent member of parliament Konstantinos Floros assaulting the member of the Hellenic Solution, Vassilis Grammenos. He reportedly grabbed him by the neck and threw him down.

The Hellenic Solution MP was taken to the Parliament clinic to be given first aid. The same information says that Konstantinos Floros allegedly tried to justify his unimaginable action by saying that V. Grammenos cursed him vulgarly and threatened to put him in prison with bracelets.

The unprecedented incident took place while the Plenary of the Parliament was debating the lifting of the immunity of the president of the Hellenic Solution Kyriakos Velopoulos, following a lawsuit filed against him by the father of Konstantinos Floros.

It is recalled that the father of the independent MP Konstantinos Floros (belonged to the Velopoulos party) has accused Mr. Velopoulos of insulting him through a hidden account on twitter. According to information, the president of the Hellenic Solution through K. Chita, although he has denied the accusations saying that the account is not his, has requested the lifting of his immunity.

Tasoulas: K. Floros is expelled from the Parliament for 15 days, there will be legal consequences

In the Plenary Chamber, the speaker of the Parliament, Konstantinos Tasoulas, took the floor, who, after condemning the incident, announced that Mr. Floros would leave the Parliament for 15 days accompanied by the Guard, as well as that he would face the legal consequences .
“Unfortunately, the Regulation does not provide for this brutal behavior. We thought we were addressing people elementally, through the Regulation, I removed him with the Guard for 15 days from the proceedings. Obviously, there will be a process of removing the immunity, he will also face the legal consequences”, he said characteristically.

Health Minister Adonis Georgiadis commented on the incident on X, recalling comments that said “now that the patriots will be elected, you will see what will happen to you…”.
