A very interesting and timely event is organized by the Institute for the Development of Western Greece (IN.A.D.E) entitled “The course of Greece & Europe in the context of International Geopolitical Developments”, on Friday, April 26 at 5:00 p.m. in the Archaeological Hall Museum of Patras.

Against the background of geopolitical developments, the Institute for the Development of Western Greece (INADE) is going to put the developments in the labyrinthine geopolitical environment at the center of the public dialogue.
Some of the topics that will be discussed are natural gas pipelines in Europe, migration flows, defense and equipment issues, the Treaty of Lausanne, the diplomacy of cities and regions, Cyprus and Hellenism as well as the role of the EU in new geopolitical context.
The main speakers will be the military analyst and writer Savvas Kalenderidis and Meletis Meletopoulos, PhD in economics and social sciences from the University of Geneva.
A debate will follow with the MEP candidates, Michalis Angelopoulos (ND), Evangelos Antonaros (SYRIZA-PS) and Marizeta Antonopoulos (PASOK).
The event will be welcomed by the Deputy Regional Governor of Achaia and Secretary General of INADE, Fokion Zaimis.
The sponsor of the event is the National Natural Gas System Operator (DESFA).
