According to what became known, the 19-year-old met with the three brothers in the municipal parking lot of Heraklion in order to resolve their personal differences. It didn’t take long for the blood to “ignite” as a result of which the older of the brothers, a 20-year-old man, attacked the young man, beating him.
Then, his 18-year-old brother got involved in the fight, with the three men continuing the fight and the beating.
They were also accompanied by their 17-year-old sister, who did not hesitate to pick up her mobile phone and film the unfolding scenes.
Passers-by heard the commotion at the scene and as soon as they got there, the perpetrators left.
The 19-year-old was taken injured to the Venizelio Hospital of Heraklion. Afterwards, he filed a complaint with the police and the 18-year-old and the 17-year-old were arrested, while their 20-year-old brother was not arrested as part of the carjacking.
At the same time, the police also arrested the parents for neglecting the supervision of minors, while also confiscating the 17-year-old’s mobile phone, in which their actions were recorded.
