The Filia Community Library “The World of Wisdom” announces that it has acquired its own website thanks to the students of EPAL Kalloni.
In the context of the digital transition and as announced in the 2023-2024 Report – Planning, the https://kvfilia.wordpress.com/ . At the same time the FREE registration at https://bibliothikes.bibliodanos.gr for library management shows its members in real time the available and borrowed books of the collection.
The Filias Community Library website was created by the 2nd grade students of the Informatics Department in collaboration with the students of the Digital Creation and Communication Group of the 1st Vocational Lyceum of Kalloni, under the guidance of the IT teacher Maria Tzika for the 2023-2024 school year.
The goals of the creation of the website are the direct information of the beneficiaries and the information of the donors about the condition of the books and about the actions of the library.
The update of the page in terms of donors, collections and the complete catalog is constantly enriched.
In conclusion, thanks are expressed to the responsible teacher and to the director of EPAL Kallonis for supporting our small library and encouraging the children in the seamless and selfless contribution to society as a whole.
