Sepolia: Arson in a supermarket – ATM in front of it was destroyed
A fire broke out in an ATM located on the facade of a supermarket in Sepolia in the early hours of Wednesday due to incendiary energy.
Unknown persons approached the spot on Antigonis Street, which is next to the Metro exit, surrounded the ATM with flammable liquid and then lit a fire which resulted in its exterior being destroyed.
The movements of the perpetrators have been recorded by security cameras and are being examined by ELAS men, with the investigations ongoing. The fire did not spread to the store located in one of the most central parts of the area.
