At noon on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at the General Pan-Arkadian Hospital of Tripoli, the Director of the School of Higher Vocational Training (SAEK) of the Pan-Arkadian Hospital, Mrs. Margiolou Georgia, the Director of Secondary Education of Arcadia, Mr. Ioannis Galinos and the Governor of P.G.N . Tripoli, Mr. Anastasios Tzanis, held a joint press conference in order to present and co-sign a cooperation agreement of the above organizations regarding a very important training program for health professionals and not only.
It is a modern distance education program, with a total duration of 450 hours, which concerns SAEK trainees but not only, since it concerns more generally all people who are related to the health field, whether they are administrative employees, whether they are health personnel, medical or auxiliary and this because the topic concerns the modern perceptions that a health professional can have and the knowledge he should have regarding the administration of a Health Organization. Soon – indeed – the program will open the invitation to participate to the citizens as well, while a corresponding certification will be given to all participants who complete the program.
According to Ms. Margiolou, the whole effort aims to create health professionals who are highly qualified and ready for the labor market, but at the same time to create synergy with other agencies and SAEK of the Ministry of Health and Education that other Organizations will be able to monitor and evaluate. This will give the possibility of certifying the trainee with a certification recognizable in the labor market as a corresponding type of University.
Both the Director of Secondary Education of Arcadia and the Governor of G.P.N. then spoke about the program, its possibilities and the cooperation between them so far. Tripoli, Mr. Galinos and Mr. Tzanis focusing on the importance of the whole initiative but also on the necessity of creating such programs through the synergy of important agencies that can guarantee the result required for the training of the participants.
