Many are unprecedented in the case of the case file against 158 people for incidents of fan violence. Primarily the three-digit number of potential defendants. Also the voluminous file of 5,000 pages. But also the broom operation, which took place early on Monday and had a result the arrest of a total of 67 people. At the same time, the charge for 14 incidents in Athens, Piraeus, Volos and Ioannina is also something impressive, as is the … embarrassment of the lawyers who were called to take on the role of defender and appeared on television … numb. Certainly, the glass for the Greek Police overflowed with the murderous attack, on December 7 outside the stadium of Rentis, against the 31-year-old policeman George Lyggeridis. Even so, it is clear that the police in the previous four months moved intensively and coordinated on many levels. The abscess of fan violence must be broken at some point, in terms of justice of course of course and not impressions. If the time has come, at least the sacrifice – because it is a sacrifice – of G. Lyggeridis will not have been wasted. What is heard, however, about the establishment of a criminal gang and relations with criminal crime is shocking.

Angeloudis calls Stylianides

It is certain that a lot can happen during an event… During the presentation of her research Association of Hoteliers of Thessaloniki, the mayor of the city, Stelios Angeloudis, appeared displeased, and rightly so, as for another year, at the start of the tourist season, the ferry connection with the Sporades is up in the air. In fact, his annoyance lies, as he said, in the fact that the Minister of Shipping, despite the two letters he sent him on the matter, did not respond to him. In the context of courtesy, as Mr. Angeloudis said, he should respond, as he should do to any mayor who sent him a letter. In fact, he informed those present and the Deputy Minister of Interior – Macedonian Thrace, in the context of fair play, as he said, that he was willing to wait another day and then he would make a “tough” announcement, where he would highlight the issue. As the mayor of Thessaloniki, Mr. Christos Stylianidis, who by all means likes him, said after two months of efforts, he should have informed about what is going to happen.

Not even 10 minutes passed, and Mr. Angeloudis received a first response on the matter from the Ministry of Shipping. Who was she? That by the end of the month the allocation of funds for the coastal ferry connections will be completed, at which time it will be announced which lines will be subsidized. One thing is certain: There was no clear answer. However, a reaction was recorded, as well as an approach in principle to the issue. However, the speed of information provided by the Minister of Shipping – most likely through the Deputy Minister of Macedonia Thrace – was also noteworthy, in order to avoid, at least in the first year, the harsh… announcement of Angeloudis.
After all, is it true that the Saint also wants awesome? Or does it always take the right person to pull the strings? Both are probably useful. Just get the job done.

Tet a Tet Boutari – Papa

There are quite a few “wells” that are created every time outside the municipal council hall, on the day of its meetings, in the Thessaloniki town hall. One of them, last Monday afternoon, was between two former… The former mayor Yiannis Boutaris, who is now a municipal councilor of the Pega faction and the former vice-mayor Thanasis Pappas, who at this stage is an ordinary councilor of the mayor Stelios Angeloudis. The two discussed for a while – unknown on what subject – while a former councilor, Ria Kalfakakou, was sitting next to them. There is certainly a lot that connects them and just as much to remember. It is worth noting that yesterday’s appearance by Pappa at the town hall was one of the few he has made in the new town council. In contrast to Yannis Boutaris who is regular.

Ukrainians and Egyptians in Aiges

The time has come… for Sakis

The countdown to the European elections has begun and MEP candidates are on the hunt for votes with events, gatherings and social media posts. Most people are looking for a smart buzzword that stays and is certainly in line with their career path or their social presence.

Sakis Arnautoglou, who for decades has been informing the public daily about the weather forecast through the frequency of state television and Facebook, took advantage of this capacity to attract voters, in view of his participation in the European ballot of PASOK. The slogan “The time has come”, which is present in the campaign poster, is short, comprehensive, completely compatible with its quality and apparently came about effortlessly.

“I promised not to… dazzle you, but I couldn’t help but share with you the banner I made for my candidacy in the European elections as it is indirectly but clearly related to the… weather, isn’t it?” asks internet users and since Monday morning has gathered thousands of reactions and hundreds of wishes for Good Success. On the evening of June 9, we will know if “The time has come” for Sakis Arnautoglou…
