Following the Ministerial Decision YPEN/DAOKA/55904/2019/19.05.2023 of the Ministers of Environment and Energy, Interior and Climate Crisis and Civil Protection for plots of land or fields on which buildings have been erected and:
a. are found in forests, woodlands and grasslands and in particular:
– in forests or forest ecosystems or forest areas of par. 1, 2 and 3 of article 3 of Law 998/79.
– in grassland areas located on semi-mountainous, mountainous and uneven terrains of par. 1 of article 5 p.d. 32/2016, whether they are public or recognized as private.
– in lowland grassland areas (non-mountainous or semi-mountainous and not located on uneven terrain) of par. 3 of article 5 p.d. 32/2016.
b. are located in whole or in part within a radius of three hundred (300) meters from the boundaries of the areas of the above case a.
c. are located in peri-urban greenery and in declared forested or reforested areas, of par. 4 of article 3 of Law 998/79, as applicable.
d. are within a radius of three hundred (300) meters from the boundaries of the areas of the above case c.
e. are located in parks and groves of cities and residential areas, of par. 4 of article 3 of Law 998/79.
we inform our citizens and those who live or operate in the Municipality of Kozani that the Ministry of the Interior/DAOKA/28909/848/15.3.2024 and the Ministry of the Interior/DAOKA/42966/1311/19.04.2024 have been issued and are in force, and we ask for their implementation on applicable cases.
